Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Payment Methods
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you return instructions and a return label (if applicable). - Ship Your Package Back
Carefully repackage items in original packaging with the invoice or packing slip included. Ship to the provided address. - Receive Your Refund or New Items
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship exchanged items.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days via your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days processing plus your bank’s processing time
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
Note: Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please clearly state this in your return request. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item according to your preference. Standard shipping fees apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Any opened or used cosmetic products (BB cream, Blush, Bronzer, Concealer, Contouring make-up, Foundation, Lipgloss, Lipmake-up, Lippenstift, etc.)
- Geurengeschenksets with broken seals
- Gel nail polish (Gel nagellakset, Gellak) with broken seals
- Unpackaged makeup accessories (Make-upaccessoires, Make-upkoffer, Make-upspiegel)
If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging.
